Sunday 27th August- Falcon Lake (16 Anglers)
With it being a bank holiday there was lots of other events going on but we still had our regular Sunday open match on. Steve Lane (Westwood Lakes) was back at the top again fishing his all mighty paste down the edge on peg 15, to weigh 215lb 8oz to just sneak the win. In second place was unlucky Mick Stamp (Preston/Sonu Baits) who fished pellets shallow to weigh 214lb 12oz from peg 11. In third was Baz Bright (Drennan RAF) from peg 5 with 210lb 4oz.
