Access Statement for Westwood Lakes
Introduction
Our luxury self-catering log cabins and fishing lakes are situated near Wyberton village outside Boston in Lincolnshire, just off the A16. The lodges are 1 -3 bedrooms which are all on the ground floor.

Key collection, welcome and car park
- There is a car parking area with enough room for at least 2 cars.
- There are cars parks situated around the park with access to the lakes.
- The car parking is levelled, tarmac or block paved.
- The key for the door also has a fob for the main gate which is closed between dusk and dawn and is operated by the fob.
Entrance to the property
- The entrance to the property has a ramp with hand rail cm wide.
- The outside light beside the entrance door is switched on from the inside of the lodge, the switch is located on the left hand side as you enter the lodge.
Halls and Passageways
- The front door is 92cm wide and the keyhole lock is 96cm high.
- Inside there is an entrance hall with a cupboard.
- The hall opens into bedrooms, bathroom and lounge with the kitchen being off the lounge.
- The hall has wooden floor.
Sitting Room/Lounge
- There is a door to the lounge 83cm wide.
- Flooring is carpeted in the lounge area.
- Furniture is moveable.
- All lodges have LCD TV, some have DVD player.
- The coffee table is in the lounge measuring 33cm floor to lowest point of table, 110cm long, 54cm wide.
Dining Room
- The dining room is open plan with the lounge.
- Flooring is carpeted.
- A dining table is in the dining area with 4/6 chairs.
- The dining table measures 73cm floor to lowest point of table, 150cm long, 91cm wide.(This may vary depending on size of lodge)
- Chairs are moveable with padded seat, no arms.
Kitchen
- The worktop height is 90cm
- Eye level electric oven, electric hob built into worktop.
- Sink at worktop height with cupboards underneath.
- Front loading dishwasher 45cms
- Lighting is spotlight bulbs on ceiling.
- 44cm free space between cupboards and worktops.
- Flooring is either tile or cushion floor.
- Fridge with freezer compartment.
- Microwave, kettle & toaster on work surface.

- There are no stairs in the lodge.

- There are radiators in each of the rooms.
- The welcome pack is produced in size 10 font.
- The property is no smoking throughout, although smoking is permitted on the decking outside.
- Up to two well behaved dogs are allowed.
