Steve Haywood (Westwood Lakes) took top honours on the day from fancied peg 5! Steve has fished maggots on a couple of lines to land F1’s and Stockie Carp for a weight of 109lb 14oz. Runner up spot went to Richard Kinnersley (Westwood Lakes) from peg 6. Richard fished casters on one line and pellets on another to land 89lb of mainly F1’s. Richards lack of small carp seemed to be the difference between him challenging Steve for the top spot! Finally, keeping the frame within 3 pegs was Mark Pollard (Westwood Lakes), who’s caught 62lb 2oz from peg 7!
