High winds were the story of today but this just made the fishing better . George Knight (Wilsmere Lakes/ Burts Baits) was the man who tackled the wind the best. Geore fished short on maggots to catch over 100 F1s for 98lb 8oz from peg 42. In Second was Paul Yarwood (Westwood Lakes) from peg 20 with 61lb 8oz. In third was Sean Camburn (Westwood Lakes) from peg 40 with 59lb 8oz.
