With a lot of rain and cold weather the day before it was going to make a change for our anglers today. George Knight (Burts Baits) was the man of the moment, by fishing pellets at 5m down the shelf on peg 29 he caught carp up to 10lb to win the match with 72lb 4oz. In Second was Richard Kinnersley (Westwood Lakes) from peg 19 with 61lb 4oz using pellets in the margins. In third place was Daz Hutchinson (Westwood Lakes) from peg 23 with 60lb 8oz.
