Over 50s Match 17/06/2021 – Falcon
Richard Kinnersley (Westwood Lakes) from peg 8 took top honours on the day. Richard has fished his favoured maggot tactics to land 153lb 12oz of F1’s. He’s fished a couple of short pole lines and just rotated them to keep the fish coming throughout the day. In runner-up spot was Dick Gore (Westwood Lakes), he’s fished a method feeder most of the day to land 149lb. Finally, completing the frame from peg 6 was Carol Chamberlain (Westwood Lakes). Like Dick, Carols caught most of her fish on method feeder tactics. Come the weigh in, she’s ended up with 140lb 8oz.
