Open Match 05/06/2021 – Osprey
With most of the lake being used in Saturdays open match, the fishing was made hard for some. Taking the win from peg 21 however was Richard Kinnersley (Westwood Lakes). Richard has fished maggots short and down the edges to catch spells of fish throughout the day. He’s finished up with a weight of 103lb 8oz. Closely behind in second was Paul Oglesbee (Westwood Lakes) from peg 2. Paul’s had a good first hour and then caught on and off for the rest of the day to finish up with 100lb 4oz. Finally, completing the frame from peg 24 was M. Clarke (Westwood Lakes) with a weight of 81lb 8oz.
