Sunday 25th February- Swallow Lake (18 Anglers)
with a freezing cold breeze over the lakes, we didn’t expect much to be caught. But Baz Bright (Drennan RAF) from peg 2 was able to catch a few silvers at 9m on maggots to secure him a all important match win with 23lb 4oz. In Second qualifying for out 2 day finial was Mark Afford (Westwood Lakes) from peg 15 with 21lb 14oz. Not far behind in third was Beany (Big Catch Tackle) from peg 16 with 18lb 8oz.
