With the weather reaching above 30 degrees it was going to be a hot one. Mark Cree (Dynamite baits) fished ground bait and dead maggots down the edge to catch a mixed bag of carp and barbel to weigh 146lb 8oz from peg 25 to take the win. Second was Steve Lane (Westwood Lakes) who fished paste down the edge to come second with 135lb 12oz. Third was Richard Kinnersely (Westwood Lakes) from peg 37 with 132lb 0oz.
