The gale force bitterly cold winds kept the weights down for todays Over 50’s Open Match. Roy Taylor (WWLakes) needed just 20lbs 2oz from Peg 29 to take the honours. Roy fished down the track on red maggot and 4mm expander pellets to catch Carp and F1’s. In second was Ray Tasker (Ropsley AC) Peg 19 with 16lbs 0oz, and in third was Barry Hankins (Ropsley AC) Peg 23 with 13lbs 4oz.
