The first match on Osprey Lake was today, and 900lbs plus of F1’s duly obliged the 21 anglers taking apart. Ron Roberts (Liams Elite) Peg 22 was straight into these ravenous F1 Carp. Fishing short at 5 meters on 4mm expander pellet over 4mm feed pellet, for a winning weight of 79lbs 9oz. Steve Lane (Marukyu/WWLakes) Peg 15 was second with 64lbs 6oz all F1 Carp, and Luke Morley (Sensas A4) Peg 18 was third with 62lbs 12oz. Next weeks Open Match is again on Osprey Lake, book in now as places are limited.
