With the weather on the change it was going to be a little bit harder fishing today. But Rick Tweddell (Westwood Lakes) was on the ball and decided to fish maggots shallow instead of pellets, to take the field by storm and weighing the match from peg 2 with 150lb 8oz. In second was Richard Kinersley (Westwood Lakes) from peg 11 with 143lb 8oz. Just behind in third was Mick Stamp (Preston Innovations/ Sonu-baits) with 130lb 12oz from peg 36.
