Some could be forgiven to thinking it was an April Fools joke to go straight to your margin swim from the start, but this is exactly what Janusz Kedzierski (WWLakes) did from Peg 3 to secure the win and take the Golden Peg into the bargain. Janusz fished red maggot and expander pellet, alternating between swims to catch Carp, F1’s, Tench and Barbel to weigh 72lbs 0oz. Close in second with Brian Harding (Maver/Baitech) Peg 11 getting the nod with 65lbs 10oz, from Steve Lane (Maruyku/WWLakes) Peg 1 in third with 64lbs 10oz.
