Alistair fished tight across in the shallow water on expander pellet over 2mm feed pellet, to catch mainly F1 Carp. Adopting the same tactics as the winner, Paul Harsley (Daves Peg) was second with 106lbs 5oz from Peg 6. Third placed angler was Martin Kirk (Westwood Lakes) Peg 4 with 91lbs 10oz.
