Open Match 21/10/2021 – Falcon
With a strong wind blowing over the lake, most of the anglers struggled to present bait across to the far side! Richard Kinnersley (Westwood Lakes) took top honours on the day, from peg 28, fishing his favoured maggot short and down the edge tactics! Richard caught a mixture of F1’s, Barbel and carp for a weight of 82lb 4oz. Paul Oglesbee (Westwood Lakes) took second spot on the day. Fishing down the edge from peg 50, Paul managed to catch steady runs of F1s and odd stockie carp, for a weight of 65lb 8oz. Finally, completing the frame from peg 22 was Steve Lane with a weight of 59lb!
