Boston

Less than 2 miles from our site we have the beautiful historic town of Boston.  Boston has a regular market every Wednesday and Saturday, and once a month it has a craft market.

The town itself is great for history enthusiasts, with the centre piece of the town being the wonderful Boston Stump.  There’s also the Guildhall, Blackfriars Arts Centre, Fydell House and the Maud Foster Windmill.

Less than 20 minutes away from WestwoodLakes is the town of Spalding.  It has the great shopping outlet Springfields; just outside the town, and the popular garden centre Baytree, which also has a large children’s play zone next door.

Skegness

The famous seaside town of Skegness is just 40 minutes away from WestwoodLakes.  Beautiful sandy beaches, Natureland Seal Sanctuary and of course lots of good old fashioned family fun!

Lincoln

Only 50 minutes from WestwoodLakes, if you want history, culture and excellent shopping then Lincoln is the place to visit.

At the top of the hill, Lincoln Cathedral dominates the city.  It is a must see.  The Bailgate, the area around the cathedral, is filled with vintage shops, tiny tea rooms, old book shops and boutiques.
