After a cloudy start to the day, the sun broke through to make it a warm day. Taking full advantage of the high pressure was Matt Parkin (Nathans) fishing shallow from Peg 40 to win with 127lbs 8oz. Matt caught mainly F1 Carp to 2lbs on banded pellet. In second was Rick Tweddle (Maver/Baitech) Peg 34 with 113lbs 6oz. In third place was Mick Stamp (Preston/Sonubaits) Peg 26 with 91lbs 12oz.
Next Tuesdays Open Match is on Skylark Lake and there is two Golden Pegs to fish for.
