Westwood Lakes - Accommodation
Our site has 24hour CCTV in operation. The gates are closed from seven in the evening until eight in the morning, and can only be operated with a fob, which will be given to guests with their key.
Each cabin has a large covered veranda with views of lakes and gardens. There is a large wooden container outside each cabin for any outdoor equipment, e.g. fishing tackle, hiking boots, BBQ. There is private parking for at least two cars. Bed linen and towels are supplied. If guests require more towels or linen, they are available from reception.
Westwood 3 and Westwood 3 VIP: Take in the beautiful views of Kestral lake from the veranda of our 3 bedroom lodges: Aspen, Birch, Ash and Oak. On the front of the Westwood 3 VIP cabin is a luxurious hot tub, sheltered on two sides our hot tubs offer views straight onto the Kestral Lake.
Straight from the veranda is a very large living area with 2 sofas, coffee table and TV with free view and DVD player, behind the sofas is a grand dining table that seats six and a modern kitchen, there is plenty of cupboard space, an integrated fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, microwave, saucepans, kettle, teapot and sugar bowl, tea towels, dining set and cutlery, wine glasses, cooking utensils and complementary tea, coffee and biscuits. From the kitchen is the side entrance area with a utility room containing a Hoover, iron and ironing board.
Next the two single bedrooms; both contain two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and drawers. Opposite is the main bathroom, with a toilet and bath. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom containing a double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, drawers and mirror; from the master room is the en-suite with a toilet and shower.
Westwood 2 VIP: On the opposite side of the Kestral lake is Willow and Cedar, our 2 bedroom VIP cabins. From your veranda you can relax in the hot tub or at the patio table. Through the patio doors is a cosy open plan living area, with wooden dining table and chairs, and into the kitchen, again with everything we could think of! Opposite the dining area is a large corner sofa and chair, coffee table and TV, with free view and DVD player.
From the large entrance you can find the main bathroom with shower or bath, opposite is the second bedroom with two single beds with bedside table and wardrobe.
Next door is the master bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables, dressing table and wardrobe; from the master bedroom is the en-suite with a bath or shower.
Westwood 2: Our newest cabins on site, Holly and Cherry. Sitting adjacent to Hawk Lake these semi-detached cabins can sleep up to 4 people. From the spacious veranda you enter through the double patio doors into a large corridor. All rooms lead from this corridor. The master bedroom contains a double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, drawers and a mirror.
The second bedroom contains two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and drawers. At the very end of the corridor is a roomy bathroom with a toilet, bath and a shower. Opposite is a utility room containing a Hoover, iron and ironing board.
Another door leads to an open plan living area, with a flat screen TV, with free view and DVD player, surrounded by two comfortable sofas and coffee table. On the opposite side is a spacious dining area and kitchen, divided by a breakfast bar. The kitchen contains a fridge, oven, microwave, saucepans, kettle, teapot, tea towels, a large dining set, utensils and complementary tea, coffee and biscuits.
Skylark VIP2 and VIP3: 5 luxurious new lodges built around the amazing new Skylark lake. These 2 and 3 bedroom lodges all have hot tubs seated in the veranda.
Through the patio doors is the living area with sofas, coffee table and TV with free view and DVD player, behind the sofas is a grand dining table and a modern kitchen, including a dishwasher. These lodges also include a full freezer, located in the utility room.
Next the single bedrooms; containing two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and drawers. Opposite is the main bathroom, with a toilet and bath. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom containing a grand leather double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, drawers, a LED TV, with a dressing table and mirror; from the master room is the en-suite with a toilet and shower.
